Digital Fee Payment Guidelines, Portal Usage & Transaction Settlement Policy
These Terms and Conditions govern the online payment of admission fees, semester tuition, exam charges, and other institutional dues at Bankura Christian College. All students and guardians are advised to read and adhere to these regulations prior to initiating electronic transactions.
ℹ️ Students are required to clear all applicable college fees on or before the due dates formally notified by the administration.
1. Mode of Remittance & Authorized Accounts
Students are strongly advised to pay College fees online through the centralized gateway. Payments may be initiated using the student’s own bank account or their parents’/legal guardians’ verified bank accounts.
2. Permissible Payment Channels
Online payment of College fees can be made seamlessly through the following secure payment modes:
- Net Banking: Major nationalized and private banking networks integrated with the portal gateway.
- Debit Cards: Cards authorized under VISA, MasterCard, and Maestro networks.
- Credit Cards: Approved domestic credit cards via standard secure payment authentication.
3. Portal Access & Payment Procedure
For making online payment of College fees, candidates must log in to the designated student portal at https://onlineadmissionbcc.in ↗ and follow the step-by-step transaction instructions displayed on the dashboard.
4. Fee Receipt Generation & Future Reference
After successful completion of the payment transaction, the system will automatically generate an official computerized fee receipt. Students must download, print, and preserve this receipt carefully for verification during document scrutiny, roll number allocation, and future academic references.
5. Processing Charges & Due Date Adherence
- No Institutional Surcharge: Bankura Christian College does not levy any additional processing fee or service charges from students for utilizing the online payment facility.
- Merchant Gateway Fees: Any convenience fees, payment gateway processing costs, or transaction surcharges levied by merchant banks and card networks must be borne by the student/payer as applicable.
- Mandatory Deadlines: All fees must be deposited strictly on or before the due date notified by the College administration. Defaulters may incur late administrative penalties or face disqualification from admission/examination procedures as per college rules.
